📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on luxury watches, including brands like Omega, Rado, and Tissot, to discerning clients.
• Assist clients in selecting and purchasing high-end timepieces, ensuring they leave with the perfect watch that meets their needs and style.
• Offer maintenance and care services, including watch repairs and servicing, to ensure our clients' watches remain in pristine condition.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the luxury watch industry to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients.
• Participate in boutique events and promotions to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
• Contribute to the boutique's overall ambiance and customer experience by embodying the Swatch Group's values of excellence and innovation.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking to ensure a well-stocked and appealing selection of luxury watches.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or a related field, preferably with a focus on luxury goods.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
• Proven track record of success in selling high-end products, with a deep understanding of luxury watch brands and their market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with additional language skills a plus.
