This role is crucial in supporting our procurement processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.,Maintain and update procurement records and documentation.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement needs are met.,Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Provide support in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
