📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative training programs, certifications, and courses.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, educational institutions, and government bodies.
• Ensure the academy meets high-quality standards and industry best practices.
• Lead a team of professionals to drive the success and growth of the Automotive Academy.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the automotive education sector.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the academy.
• Represent Carsome at industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote the Automotive Academy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the automotive or education sector.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
