📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Document and maintain IT procedures and policies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT systems and tools.,Work with the IT team to ensure the availability and reliability of our IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Experience with IT security and data protection.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
