In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to design and facilitate training programs,Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
