📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in inventory management and quality control processes.
• Support staff scheduling and training programs.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures.
• Provide customer service and support to both staff and customers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems like QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and eager to learn approach.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Bahasa Indonesia language skills are a plus.
