In this role, you will be responsible for managing our client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of Pacific Insurance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.,Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on client performance and sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the insurance industry.,Strong understanding of the insurance market and products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
