Nusantara Garment is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Ensure food safety and quality by following health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff on cooking techniques and food preparation.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Assist in special events and promotions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification.
