Lead the structural design of various facilities, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.,Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient structural solutions.,Review and approve structural drawings and calculations prepared by junior designers.,Ensure that all structural designs meet client requirements and project specifications.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice to ensure that construction activities comply with design intent.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.,Mentor and coach junior designers to develop their skills and knowledge.,Participate in project reviews and meetings to ensure that all aspects of the design are considered.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural design, with a strong background in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.,Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and digital design tools is a plus.,Valid professional engineering license in Indonesia.🛠️ Keahlian
