📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of facilities, ensuring they meet industry standards and operational requirements.,Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor and report on facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.,Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel, ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.,Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including work orders, inspections, and maintenance tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on facility management and maintenance.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction and maintenance practices.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and site personnel.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management, scheduling, and reporting.
