Easy Bloom Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic Area Manager to join our team in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales team in the area, ensuring we meet and exceed our sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team in the assigned area, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth in the assigned area.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential, to foster long-term business partnerships.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in the assigned area.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned area, expanding our customer base and market share.,Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure the quality and consistency of our products and services in the assigned area.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as market trends and dynamics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this role.
