📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support the daily operations of the business, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of business projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business transactions.
  • Provide support in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
