Seed Net Unggul is looking for a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and record all financial transactions accurately and promptly.,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.,Process payroll for employees and ensure timely payment.,Maintain and update financial records and databases.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.,Handle vendor invoices and ensure timely payment.,Monitor and reconcile bank statements and financial records.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
