PT Eka Inti is a growing company in the manufacturing sector, located in Gresik. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and a passion for creating a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, interviewing, and hiring.,Oversee employee performance management, including performance evaluations and coaching.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
