📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network infrastructure and security.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
