📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee and manage site engineering activities, including planning, design, and construction.,Ensure the successful execution of projects by coordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors.,Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance with industry regulations.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement engineering solutions to meet project requirements and objectives.,Mentor and train junior engineers and site staff to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure the smooth flow of materials and resources.,Prepare and submit progress reports, technical drawings, and other documentation as required.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles, including structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.,Experience in managing and leading engineering teams.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to remote sites as required.🛠️ Keahlian
