📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the loading and unloading of vessels, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
• Manage a team of skilled laborers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate loading schedules, managing equipment and resources to meet operational goals.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of loading operations, including cargo manifests and safety reports.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of loading operations with overall logistics.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, implementing appropriate safety measures to mitigate risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine and logistics operations, with a focus on loading and unloading vessels.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of laborers, ensuring high performance and safety.
• Familiarity with cargo handling equipment and software, such as TOS, MarineTraffic, or similar.
• Certification in Safety Management Systems (SMS) or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
