The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various departments and contributing to the overall success of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.,Support the management team in planning, organizing, and coordinating events and activities.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Provide general administrative support to the various departments within the company.,Support the management team in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or individuals with limited work experience in a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic management principles and practices.,Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.
