Sentosa Dairy is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about procurement and wants to make a difference in our dairy products industry.

As a Procurement Staff at Sentosa Dairy, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we get the best quality products at the best prices. You will work closely with our suppliers and internal teams to meet our business needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the company.
  • Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
