📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all warehouse activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.
  • Resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
