📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on automated manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Document all maintenance activities and equipment issues for future reference.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest industry standards and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in the calibration and setup of new equipment as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with automated manufacturing equipment and control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software such as PLC programming, SCADA systems, and machine diagnostics.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different sites as needed.
