📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, reports, and communications between Mandarin and Indonesian with high accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions between Chinese and Indonesian stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Adapt translations to suit different contexts, including formal business documents, marketing materials, and cultural events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all communication aligns with project goals and cultural expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and cultural nuances to provide the most relevant and accurate translations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and translations.
• Support the organization's efforts in building and maintaining positive relationships with Chinese and Indonesian partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin (HSK 6 or equivalent).
• Proficient in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• At least 2 years of experience in translation, interpretation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and sensitivity in both Chinese and Indonesian contexts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or similar tools.
• Experience working in a multicultural or international setting is a plus.
