📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving software-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of software applications, ensuring they run smoothly and securely.
• Document software processes and procedures, creating user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs and issues.
• Monitor software performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software trends and technologies, suggesting improvements to our software infrastructure.
• Participate in software testing and quality assurance processes, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Support the IT team in managing software licenses and ensuring compliance with software usage policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software support or a related role.
• Proficient in using project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux) and familiarity with virtualization technologies.
• Experience with software development tools such as Git, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in ITIL or other relevant IT service management frameworks is a plus.
