📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction through effective communication in Mandarin
• Coordinate and oversee project execution, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in client relations and project management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, project management, or a related field
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus
