📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor crop health and identify signs of pests and diseases using advanced diagnostic tools such as drones and satellite imagery.
• Develop and implement integrated pest and disease management plans tailored to specific crops and environmental conditions.
• Conduct regular field surveys and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of pest control measures.
• Provide training and guidance to farmers on sustainable pest management practices and the use of organic and chemical control methods.
• Collaborate with agricultural experts and researchers to stay updated on the latest advancements in pest and disease management.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for pest and disease control strategies.
• Participate in workshops and conferences to share knowledge and best practices with peers in the agricultural community.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable farming practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plant Pathology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plant pest and disease management, preferably in a tropical or subtropical environment.
• Certification in integrated pest management (IPM) or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in the use of agricultural software such as CropX, FarmLogs, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with farmers and team members.
• Familiarity with local agricultural practices and knowledge of common pests and diseases in Kalimantan Barat.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
