📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
• Manage and update guest reservations and room assignments
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date
• Assist with various front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and requests
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and manage front desk inventory, including keys, room cards, and other supplies
• Assist with night audits and closing procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or hospitality role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with front desk software and reservation systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Professional demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Fluency in English and Indonesian
• Valid SIM card and ability to work night shifts
