This role is perfect for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and learning and development, and a passion for creating a positive and productive work environment.

• Curate and manage the company's learning platform, ensuring access to the latest industry insights and best practices.
• Develop and implement learning initiatives that align with the company's goals.
• Conduct training needs assessments and design and deliver training sessions.

• Use tools like LMS and Moodle to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and learning and development.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Familiarity with LMS and Moodle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Certification in HR or learning and development is a plus.
