📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and manage financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage and monitor the accounting processes and controls.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to support international operations.
• Collaborate with the international team to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Provide training and support to other accounting team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international financial reporting.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Knowledge of financial reporting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
