📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle all reservations, from initial inquiries to final confirmations, ensuring a seamless booking process.
• Utilize our in-house Property Management System (PMS) to manage bookings, track availability, and process payments.
• Engage with guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions to provide personalized and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote special rates and packages.
• Monitor and update room inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the PMS.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about local events, attractions, and cultural activities to enhance the guest experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel/resort reservations or a related field.
• Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Sabre, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with tourism and hospitality industry practices, including local regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest service and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali, if required.
