📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions using various learning technologies and methodologies.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.
• Create and manage learning and development budgets.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet learning objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on corporate training.
• Certification in learning and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP, or PMP) is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Totara).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
