As an MEP Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems for our projects. You will ensure that all systems are installed according to the latest industry standards and regulations, and that they are maintained to the highest standards throughout the life of the project.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for high-end villas, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all MEP systems meet the project specifications and deadlines.
• Ensure that all MEP systems are installed according to the latest industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure that they are operating efficiently and safely.
• Manage a team of MEP engineers and technicians to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.
• Ensure that all MEP systems are compliant with local and international building codes and regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams to ensure that all MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall project design.
• Ensure that all MEP systems are cost-effective and meet the project budget requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP management for high-end real estate and hospitality projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing MEP systems for large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.
