📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
