📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including proper food storage and disposal
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently and accurately to meet the restaurant's high standards
• Assist with inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Follow and adhere to the restaurant's recipes and cooking procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to guests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a cook or in a similar role
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
